About the role

Clinicians need help choosing and using wound therapies well, and this job is the main point of contact for that. The work mixes clinical education with account growth and care coordination.

What you will do

• Advise clinicians on safe and effective use of wound care products
• Attend procedures and product placements inside hospitals
• Grow the territory against sales targets through account management
• Teach clinical staff, including in-service sessions
• Use clinical and economic evidence to build support for wider therapy use
• Track planning and pipeline in company software

What they look for

• Bachelor's degree plus four years of sales or clinical experience, or a high school diploma with eight years
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office
• Willing to use a personal vehicle for business and pass a driving record check
• Able to complete a sales training program and show proficiency

A typical week

• Consulting with clinicians in hospital settings
• Attending procedures and placements
• Meeting clinical and financial stakeholders to solve their priorities
• Representing the company at conferences and trade shows
• Keeping pipeline and utilization records up to date
