What you will do

  • Own short client engagements end to end, usually two to three weeks each, and plan the next ones ahead
  • Set up architecture and codebase structure for client builds, including an AWS platform with Bedrock and partner integrations
  • Build features and fix bugs on an MCP-first monorepo that powers six AI agents and their UI
  • Take over internal tooling such as a knowledge repository and research and PM agents
  • Report back on real build times, QA needs and what has to land first
  • Join client kickoffs and working sessions as the technical voice

  • Strong TypeScript, React and Next.js, plus backend and API design in Node
  • Hands-on AWS including Bedrock, and comfort securing cloud infrastructure with IAM, VPC and access control
  • Real experience with agent frameworks, tool and MCP design, and agentic coding workflows
  • Confident client-facing English and a consistent weekly schedule
