A hands-on delivery role building AI-enabled integrations and automation that make managed services operations faster, more consistent and more scalable. The developer turns operational problems into practical workflow solutions with measurable value.
What you will do
- Design, build and maintain AI-enabled automations, integrations and workflow solutions for managed services
- Create reusable connectors, scripts and orchestration patterns that connect systems, data, prompts and APIs
- Assess operational pain points and choose between AI, automation, integration or process improvement
- Build LLM-driven workflows and agentic patterns with guardrails and fallback logic
- Troubleshoot defects and integration failures, then document designs and support steps
- Take part in testing, release readiness, change control and production support

- Strong critical thinking and curiosity about emerging AI automation capabilities
- Ability to weigh experimentation against production stability, security and supportability
- Skill in communicating technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with managed services delivery models and ITIL processes
- Experience integrating enterprise tools, monitoring platforms, ITSM systems and cloud services
