  • Define and own the marketplace roadmap, balancing agent needs, architecture limits and business direction
  • Build and maintain eval sets, name failure modes and decide what a good agent interaction looks like
  • Track completion, accuracy, speed and handoff follow-through
  • Prototype agent flows early and test them with real and simulated agents before engineering commits
