Contributors work in short project sprints with no set weekly hours, though around 10 hours a week is a suggested start. Quality and steady output matter more than volume.

What you will do

• Check AI answers to science and engineering prompts, including calculations and experimental designs
• Write realistic technical problems drawn from your own professional experience
• Produce expert solutions and explanations that can be used as training examples
• Score model outputs against rubrics and flag errors, weak reasoning or unclear claims
• Give corrective feedback and iterate after reviewer comments

What they look for

• Roughly 2 or more years of applied science or engineering work in industry or research
• A field such as mechanical, electrical, materials, energy, chemical, environmental or physics
• A Bachelor's degree in progress or completed; undergraduate study does not count toward experience
• Hands-on work as an individual contributor with design, test, process or analysis data
• Comfort with experiment design, measurement error and common statistical traps
• Clear written English and careful reading of detailed instructions
