You will act as the link between business clients and technical teams for a FinTech software company, handling tickets and shaping support processes while working from home.
What you will do
- Watch and handle incoming tickets in Zendesk
- Send first replies within agreed service levels
- Gather issue details such as screenshots, versions and reproduction steps
- Run basic troubleshooting and recreate problems in test environments
- Answer routine questions from documentation and user guides
- Escalate complex cases to higher support levels, QA or product teams and track them to closure
What they look for
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Customer support experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or software support
- Strong hands-on Zendesk knowledge
- Familiarity with the FinTech sector
- Understanding of ticket handling, service levels, escalation and support workflows
- Comfort learning new software platforms and documenting technical details clearly
Nice to have
- FinTech or financial software background
- General grasp of financial products and operations
- Azure DevOps experience
- Experience recreating software bugs or improving Zendesk workflows and automations
