What you will do
- Lead analysis work on the document platform, covering enhancements, automations, process changes and regulatory updates
- Collect, examine, record and track business requirements across the whole change lifecycle
- Produce business cases, specifications, user stories and process documentation
- Support delivery with functional, regression and user acceptance testing
- Bridge business and technical teams so requirements and outcomes are understood alike
- Study processes, find improvement options and help put sustainable solutions in place

- Strong ability to gather, analyse, document and manage requirements through the change lifecycle
- Experience working with both business and technical stakeholders and turning complex needs into clear requirements

- Able to explain complex topics clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with Agile working and tools such as Jira, plus fluent spoken and written English
