Creative Production Manager

About the role

The team of five is widening its scope from one creative team to four, so the job is about steady intake, capacity tracking and sequencing across many launches.

At a glance

What you will do

• Coordinate creative production and daily traffic across photography, CGI, graphic design and copywriting.
• Be the main contact for internal clients in marketing, sales and product, clarifying briefs and sharing status.
• Build timelines, production calendars and dependency maps that match real team capacity.
• Track samples, material scanning and vendor handoffs with product development and sourcing.
• Maintain Google Sheets models and Wrike workflows for capacity, volume and throughput.

What they look for

• Experience coordinating creative production in a high-volume e-commerce setting.
• Comfortable as an individual contributor without direct reports.
• Strong with Google Sheets and project management tools such as Wrike.
• Able to work in the office three days a week.
• Skilled at juggling schedules and trade-offs across several teams.

Nice to have

• Interest in automating parts of the production workflow.

First 90 days

• Start with business-as-usual production coordination and learn the teams, workflows and priorities.
• Help stabilise intake pipelines and build relationships with creative leads.
• Bring more structure and visibility to production data in Google Sheets.
