Customer Success Manager, End User Computing

About the role

You will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, helping them adopt and expand digital work solutions and achieve measurable business outcomes. The role spans relationship building, executive engagement and cross-functional collaboration.

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of customers with varied objectives and maturity levels
• Build success plans focused on measurable business outcomes
• Run regular engagements, value discussions and adoption reviews
• Monitor customer health and proactively address risks
• Lead executive business reviews on value, return on investment and roadmaps
• Identify expansion and cross-sell opportunities and work with sales and renewals teams
