Serve as the main contact for wholesale customers, making sure orders are processed correctly and deliveries run smoothly. Combine relationship management, communication and problem solving to improve the customer experience.

What you will do
- Handle customer enquiries, requests and order changes as the primary contact
- Review and process daily orders arriving by phone, email, fax, EDI and portal
- Release and adjust orders in the ERP system to prevent errors
- Suggest order recommendations based on inventory needs and flag shortages
- Track customer success metrics and update daily revenue reports
- Work with logistics on timely deliveries and with sales and marketing on extra orders
