  • Use conceptual and logical data modelling to shape structures that serve current and future business goals
  • Help build and maintain the enterprise data glossary and core metadata so definitions and lineage stay consistent
  • Push day-to-day integration of data across business lines and separate systems toward one enterprise data model
  • Spot gaps in data workflows or stewardship and suggest improvements that raise overall data maturity

  • Able to translate business concepts into data requirements, technical specs and conceptual and logical models
  • Strong SQL for querying and analysis, plus experience documenting source-to-target mappings over SQL and NoSQL structures
  • Knowledge of data governance, quality, metadata and stewardship practice, and of cloud data platforms, warehousing and ETL/ELT
  • Experience working across matrixed organisations and leadership levels; a CBAP or similar certification is an asset
