What you will do
- Provide hands-on onsite break/fix, deployment and escalation support for laptops, desktops and rugged factory devices
- Support printers, handheld scanners and conference room audio and video equipment
- Track ticket queues, assign tickets and manage incidents through ITSM processes
- Carry out root cause analysis for major incidents and drive prevention of recurring issues
- Write and maintain SOPs, runbooks and knowledge articles
- Use SCCM, IT Shop and Nexthink to improve endpoint visibility and support efficiency
