  • Build a sourcing vision and strategy for commercial categories with the Sr. Director, Vendor Management
  • Run RFI and RFP processes, vendor evaluations and bid defense meetings with cross-functional teams
  • Negotiate master service agreements, statements of work and change orders alongside Legal
  • Track vendor performance through KPIs and governance meetings
  • Drive annual savings through negotiation, supplier consolidation and process improvement
  • Partner with Finance on budget forecasts and accruals, and train commercial teams on sourcing
