Director, Data Strategy

About the role

Leads data strategy for two priority US functional areas, turning business goals into roadmaps, investment advice and reusable data capabilities that span brands and therapeutic areas.

What you will do

• Own functional data strategy for customer engagement and integrated marketing, setting roadmaps, priorities and success measures
• Advance scalable data approaches for omnichannel activation, field execution, marketing effectiveness and segmentation
• Separate cross-brand functional data needs from therapeutic area, launch and lifecycle needs
• Align stakeholders across analytics, governance, partnerships, technology and vendors on requirements and adoption
• Drive portfolio transparency, reuse, governance and continuous improvement of key data assets
• Prepare executive updates, roadmap views, KPI summaries and trade-off assessments

What they look for

• At least eight years developing data, analytics or data product strategies for life science companies
• Bachelor's degree required, with an advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Extensive experience building and managing data partnerships with external providers and vendors
• Deep grasp of the data partnership landscape and industry best practices
• Proven ability to handle privacy, security, quality and compliance risks while building partnerships
