  • Set up the team's operating model, engagement approach and technical standards from scratch
  • Work with product and business teams to watch workflows and turn operational problems into AI solutions
  • Build and run production systems such as agentic workflows, copilots, chatbots and classic ML models
  • Own evaluation, with offline and online evals, benchmark sets, human review and readiness criteria
  • Oversee production with cloud and data engineers: CI/CD, monitoring, incidents, latency and inference cost

  • Ten or more years in software engineering, machine learning or a similar field, some of it customer-facing
  • At least two years shipping production systems on large language models, including one live agentic or conversational system
