Executive Business Partner

About the role

Remote-first, with occasional in-person meetings for team gatherings or customer visits. The job exists to give executives more reach, so decisions and deadlines keep moving even when the picture is incomplete.

At a glance

What you will do

• Run complex calendars for executives, rank meeting requests and redirect what does not fit
• Book domestic and international travel, file expenses and handle logistics for meetings and events
• Plan agendas, draft presentations, take minutes and coordinate written and spoken updates
• Help plan employee events from small team activities to larger go-to-market offsites

What they look for

• Five or more years supporting executives, with sound judgement when things are unclear
• Comfort deciding on an executive's behalf and guarding their time
• Strong relationships with direct reports and other administrative partners
• Experience with event planning and coordinating many people and materials

Nice to have

• Background in go-to-market or sales organisations

A typical week

• Juggling calendar requests and travel bookings while meetings shift
• Sitting in on leadership meetings to capture actions and follow up
• Coordinating with peer business partners across the company
• Handling event logistics and last-minute changes
