What you will do

• Complete scheduled preventive maintenance, installations, and corrective repairs on time and accurately.
• Help less experienced engineers with troubleshooting, repair, and equipment installation.
• Communicate with customers to resolve issues and follow up until they are satisfied.
• Keep service logs, order parts, and manage cycle times.
• Answer service calls independently within one year.

What they look for

• Associate's or Bachelor's in electrical, biomedical, or mechanical engineering, or equivalent military training.
• Alternatively, a high school diploma with 6+ years servicing electronic equipment.
• Experience with web applications and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to work after hours or rotating on-call.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and perform physical tasks like bending, climbing, and standing for long periods.

A typical week

• Travel to customer sites in the Seattle metro area.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on anesthesia equipment.
• Coordinate with teammates and customers to resolve issues.
• Update service records and order parts as needed.
