  • Score design samples on typography, layout, color, hierarchy and overall finish
  • Apply a detailed rubric so ratings stay consistent across large batches of samples
  • Spot problems in a single slide, from small font issues to flaws needing a full rebuild
  • Rework the weak slide using the rest of the deck as a style reference
  • Keep the whole deck visually consistent after your edits

  • A degree or certificate in design or the arts
  • Two or more years as a graphic designer, illustrator, social media or marketing professional
  • English at B1 level or above
  • Solid grasp of composition, color theory, typography and visual hierarchy
