Full-Stack Developer (Junior to Mid-Level)

About the role

A junior to mid-level developer role building web and mobile products across two software lines, working alongside a senior developer who reviews your work and supports your growth.

What you will do

• Create mobile app screens with React Native and Expo, plus the Node.js and Express API endpoints behind them
• Add features and resolve bugs in the web-based HR tools built with React, Next.js and Vite
• Turn designs into reusable responsive React components and wire them to APIs
• Deploy and monitor apps on Vercel and look into production errors surfaced through Sentry
• Write tests before code for business rules, and open a pull request on GitHub for each change

What they look for

• Roughly one to three years of professional web or mobile development, or comparable shipped projects
• Strong JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript and React skills
• Experience with automated testing tools such as Jest or Vitest
• Mobile-first responsive web development and solid debugging ability
• Clear written English for a remote, writing-heavy team

Nice to have

• React Native with Expo or Next.js
• Supabase including row-level security
• Stripe payments, Sentry, CI/CD pipelines, or authentication such as OAuth and JWT

Pay

USD 1,000 to 1,300 per month
