What you will do
- Advise managers on grievances, discipline, performance, absence and exits
- Keep contracts, handbooks and policies compliant with local employment law in each country
- Audit and improve onboarding, offboarding, probation, reviews and leave processes
- Own HR data accuracy, payroll and benefits support and leadership reporting
- Find practical ways to use AI for letters, policies, routine questions and data cleanup
- Plan and run the yearly company offsite from agenda to logistics
