About the role

An incubator looks for entrepreneurial people to start and scale their own companies in fields such as health technology, backed by experienced founders. Participants lead their venture while receiving coaching and network support.

What you will do

• Own, build and run your own startup
• Complete a personal development programme on goals, time and energy
• Recruit talent and get advice from serial entrepreneurs through the network
• Iterate the product with mentors until reaching product-market fit
• Prepare the company to raise millions in funding
• Set up a sales force or marketing engine with support

What they look for

• Located in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocating
• Willing to take full responsibility for a startup and grow it beyond 100 million in revenue
• Excellent English communication skills
