About the role

An opportunity for entrepreneurs to launch and grow their own HealthTech company with backing from experienced founders, including salary or funding support.

What you will do

• Own, build and run your own HealthTech startup from the ground up
• Follow a tailored development programme focused on goals, time and energy management
• Get help recruiting through a large professional network and advice from serial entrepreneurs
• Receive intensive coaching to prepare the company for raising significant funding
• Iterate on the product until product-market fit and build a sales or marketing engine

What they look for

• Based in Europe or the Americas, or willing to relocate
• Ready to take full responsibility for your startup and scale it past 100M in revenue
• Strong English communication skills
