Inclusive Education and Personalized Support Tutor

About the role

Tutors support learners who have special educational needs or who need extra academic help, adapting lessons to each person's pace and keeping them motivated.

What you will do

• Design and run learning activities matched to each learner's needs
• Give tailored support for academic and personal progress
• Create a safe, welcoming and respectful space for learning
• Work out each learner's specific needs and suggest suitable teaching approaches

What they look for

• A background in education, pedagogy, educational psychology or a similar field
• Ability to build and adjust learning materials to fit individual needs

Nice to have

• Prior experience helping people with special educational needs or learning difficulties
