What you will do

  • Lead capital and expense projects end to end, from assessment and scope through procurement, budget, execution and closeout.
  • Handle building, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, roofing, site and life-safety upgrades across the facility network.
  • Resolve serious facility problems through investigation, temporary mitigation, root-cause repair and verification.
  • Develop scopes of work, evaluate contractor proposals and oversee contractor performance, schedules and change management.
  • Work with architecture and engineering teams and with EHS on safety initiatives and regulatory compliance.
