About the role

Manual, repetitive marketing tasks are meant to be replaced by agents, pipelines and internal tools, with adoption and hours saved used to judge whether the work landed.

At a glance

What you will do

• Take AI agents and automated workflows from prototype into daily use by marketers
• Automate campaign build in Braze: templated generation, reusable segments, product personalisation and pre-send checks
• Write evals for brand voice, factual grounding and tone, and catch regressions before customers see them

What they look for

• A portfolio of AI builds, such as agents, LLM workflows or internal tools that real people used
• Hands-on work with LLM APIs including prompt design, structured outputs and tool use
• Experience with agent orchestration tools and AI coding assistants such as Claude Code or Cursor
• Ability to explain how you would test whether an AI system works, with evals you built or used
• One general-purpose language, Python preferred, plus REST APIs, authentication, JSON and Git
• One to two years of professional experience in any field

Nice to have

• Exposure to a CRM or marketing automation platform, ideally Braze with Liquid, Canvas and its REST API
• Simple internal interfaces built with React, Streamlit or Retool
• SQL or warehouse querying
• Familiarity with RAG or context engineering
