What you will do

  • Coach roughly ten pods, about 20 fellows across 8 to 12 host organizations, spread over the full program
  • Run weekly one-to-ones, office hours and milestone reviews, and give feedback in writing or live
  • Spot roadblocks early and help fellows work through unclear problems and competing stakeholders
  • Bring in deeper technical help when a fellow's project needs it
  • Help fellows build buy-in so the AI solution they make actually gets used
