What you will do
- Place many outbound cold calls to homeowners across the US during the day
- Use the approved script and sales process to explain why you are calling
- Build rapport fast and ask questions that confirm suitability for a consultation
- Work through objections and stay positive when calls are rejected
- Book and confirm appointments, logging details accurately in Salesforce
- Record call outcomes, manage calendar holds and join daily coaching and role-plays
