Patient Care Coordinator (Lead Conversion)

About the role

Serve as the first contact for prospective patients at a premium practice, turning inquiries into booked consultations through consultative sales and attentive follow-up. The role focuses on relationship building rather than high-volume call handling.

What you will do

• Answer new patient inquiries by phone, text, email, web forms and social messages
• Track and manage all leads in GoHighLevel with consistent communication
• Hold consultative conversations about goals, concerns, timelines and budgets
• Explain treatments and pricing clearly, discreetly and professionally
• Turn qualified inquiries into booked consultations and follow up with non-responders
• Re-engage past patients and help fill open appointment slots

What they look for

• Three or more years of consultative sales with high-end clients in aesthetics, private healthcare, luxury retail, hospitality or finance
• Fluent spoken and written English with strong rapport-building ability
• Proven record of hitting or beating sales and conversion targets
• Experience managing inbound leads, objections and follow-ups
• Hands-on use of GoHighLevel or a similar CRM, plus willingness to learn its app
• Ability to respond fast and juggle many conversations
