Performance Analyst

About the role

Oversee rent pricing and revenue performance for a set of stable apartment communities, guiding onsite and regional teams toward ownership revenue targets through analysis and reporting.

What you will do

• Approve daily rent prices across a portfolio of up to 30 stabilized communities, keeping them in line with revenue goals
• Run regular performance calls with community and regional managers, adjusting revenue management and marketing settings
• Analyze asset results, present findings, and dig deeper into weak properties, raising concerns to leadership
• Produce monthly and quarterly performance reports with practical recommendations for clients and operations
• Review monthly exceptions and property results, documenting underperforming assets weekly and escalating risks
• Train onsite teams on revenue management tools and workflows, and keep internet listing accuracy and marketing updates in order

What they look for

• Two to three years of relevant industry experience applying analytical, operational, or revenue management principles
• Advanced comfort with technology, including industry platforms and data analysis systems
• Strong accuracy and follow-through with close attention to detail
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Willingness to travel up to 20 percent as business needs require

Pay

USD 82,000 to 87,500 per year
