What you will do
- Score benchmark items for vignette accuracy, completeness, answer correctness and trap quality
- Check whether reasoning chains reach the answer from vignette facts and write short rationales
- Take part in three independent blind reads followed by physician adjudication
What they look for
- MD or DO with an active unrestricted US medical license
- Board certification or completed residency with recent direct patient care
- Broad multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal, family, emergency or hospital medicine
- Strong clinical reasoning including differential diagnosis, next steps and evidence-based guidelines
- Strong written English at C1 level or above
Nice to have
- Medical annotation or quality assurance experience
