About the role

Suits a clinician who likes human-centred primary care and wants to work with a mixed panel of acute, chronic and wellness cases. The clinic runs on teamwork, with daily huddles and shared virtual support.

At a glance

What you will do

• Run a patient panel covering acute, chronic and wellness visits
• See patients in the clinic or testing centres, plus some telehealth
• Join weekly clinical rounds and daily huddles with the care team
• Supervise one or more nurse practitioners or physician assistants

What they look for

• Completed or currently in an accredited internal or family medicine residency
• At least two of the last five years spent in outpatient primary care
• Board certified, or board eligible and certified within a year
• Arizona state licence in hand before the start date

• Comfort using technology to deliver care
• Openness to feedback and self-reflection

A typical week

• Daily huddles with in-office colleagues before clinic starts
• A mix of in-person visits and occasional telehealth appointments
• Weekly clinical rounds for shared learning
• Some in-office procedures using your clinical training
