Product Designer, End User Experience

About the role

Design the everyday parts of a password and identity security product used by individuals, families and businesses, working with product managers, engineers and other designers.

What you will do

• Design experiences across browser extension, web, desktop and mobile apps for consumer and business users
• Improve journeys such as onboarding, autofill, passkeys, secure sharing, account recovery and data import
• Explain security concepts so non-technical users can understand and act on them
• Produce flows, prototypes and production-ready designs within a component-based design system
• Use AI design tools for research, ideation and rapid prototyping
• Run user interviews and usability tests and present work in critiques

What they look for

• Two or more years in product design or equivalent
• A portfolio showing end-to-end design of digital products
• Strong interaction design skills, from sketching to prototyping
• Proficiency in Figma and experience with a component-based design system
• Experience using AI tools in design work and writing effective prompts
• Front-end development or code prototyping experience, and an interest in AI feature design and cybersecurity
