Provider Network Recruiter (Contracting Manager)

About the role

Fully remote, standard full-time hours, working across several operational teams. The job is about keeping the provider network wide enough and the contracts moving through approval without delay.

What you will do

• Set the contracting strategy, yearly growth plans and market reviews that spot gaps in specialties and regions
• Run outreach and build ties with health systems, group practices and solo providers
• Negotiate agreements, study rate structures and model the financial effects
• Keep contract inventories, approval steps, version control and audit-ready records in order
• Track network adequacy and access mapping, and build dashboards for leadership
• Streamline the contracting workflow to shorten cycle times and raise conversion

What they look for

• A bachelor's degree, with a master's preferred
• Seven or more years in provider contracting or network management
• Hands-on negotiation of provider agreements and reimbursement structures
• Good grasp of reimbursement methods and financial modeling
• Experience leading a team or cross-functional workstreams
• Strong analysis, communication and relationship skills

Nice to have

• Prior work supporting the same health program
• Value-based contracting background
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management systems and provider data platforms
• Government or specialised healthcare program experience
