What you will do

  • Build and maintain Python services and APIs for registration, booking and the visitor account
  • Own server-side ad platform integrations, including event delivery, deduplication, retries and monitoring
  • Handle backend attribution: visit tracking, UTM persistence and finding gaps in the data
  • Keep services fast with caching and query tuning, and debug server-side rendering in the Express layer
  • Investigate production incidents in Sentry and support server-side A/B tests with flags and rollouts
  • Ship React and TypeScript changes when a feature needs frontend work

  • Five or more years of production Python backend work, including services you designed and supported
  • Solid grasp of API design, SQL and relational databases, caching, background jobs and third-party APIs
  • Experience debugging production through logs and error tracking to root cause
  • Fluent English and a product mindset built on metrics and hypotheses

  • Server-side conversion tracking such as CAPI or server-side GTM
  • BigQuery for checking your own hypotheses
