Remote Cruise Planning Assistant

About the role

You would support clients in researching and arranging cruise holidays, comparing lines, ships and itineraries to suit their budgets and wishes. The role is remote and flexible, with training provided for newcomers.

What you will do

• Ask clients about travel dates, departure ports, destinations, budgets and expectations
• Research cruise lines, ships, itineraries, stateroom types and packages
• Compare choices and prepare tidy recommendations for clients to review
• Explain general differences among lines, ships, staterooms, dining and onboard life
• Help clients complete bookings and check confirmation details
• Track payment dates, documents and pre-trip needs, and follow up before and after sailing

What they look for

• Be at least 18 and reside in the United States or Mexico
• Have dependable internet and a computer or compatible device
• Write and speak clearly and communicate well
• Be highly organised with sharp attention to detail
• Feel at ease doing online research and learning booking systems
• Manage deadlines, follow up consistently and work independently

Nice to have

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, admin, sales or cruises is helpful but not required
