What you will do
- Lead contested probate and guardianship matters, will contests, trust disputes and fiduciary duty claims
- Draft complete estate plans alongside litigation work
- Serve as first chair in trials, hearings, mediations and depositions across surrounding counties
- Devise litigation tactics and negotiation strategies for fast-moving dockets
- Advise clients with compassion while pursuing strong results
- Supervise paralegals and support staff to keep pleadings, discovery and documents precise
