What you will do
- Coordinate charge capture and reconciliation activities across the whole organization
- Build procedures that ensure chargeable services are recorded accurately and promptly
- Analyze data on charge master setup, capture and billing to recommend revenue cycle improvements
- Produce trend reports and documented audit findings with recommended corrections
- Educate facility and corporate staff on correct capture, coding and billing practices
- Audit revenue cycle integrity and run root cause analyses with analysts to reduce errors
