Acts as the quality gate between sales and operations for a roofing client, checking every signed job before it enters production. Also handles administrative work from signed contract to completed roof.
What you will do
- Review each signed residential job for accurate scope, pricing, documentation, checklists and photos
- Approve complete jobs for production and return incomplete ones to the salesperson with specific issues
- Help customers with financing, collecting documents and uploading them to lender portals
- Reconcile change orders and prepare permit applications and manufacturer warranty submissions
