Senior AI Agents Backend Engineer (Golang)

About the role

Build and run Go services and agent workflows that generate market briefings and news for a large crypto platform. The role covers architecture, reliability and cost control for high volume content delivery.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain Go services, APIs and agent workflows for AI produced market briefings and news
• Design data models, data flows and service architecture for content generation and distribution
• Build high concurrency, highly available systems for personalised delivery, including scheduled pushes inside tight windows
• Track data quality, workflow health, generation latency and AI spend, improving performance and reliability
• Own services across development, deployment, maintenance and troubleshooting alongside frontend, AI, data, DevOps and QA colleagues

What they look for

• Three to six years of backend development with Go as the main stack and recent production work
• Demonstrated work on data pipelines, data platforms or large scale processing backends
• Experience with AI monitoring, observability tooling or agent engineering, and integrating LLM workflows into production
• Knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, relational and NoSQL databases, and message queues such as Kafka
• Strong communication skills and comfort in a fast moving, product led setting
• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering or a related discipline
