Senior Compliance Analyst (Medicare/Medicaid)

What you will do

• Run compliance procedures and enforce policy governance so regulatory reporting and operational duties are met
• Act as the compliance expert on hard problems and strengthen the supporting documentation
• Sit on complex contracts and cross-functional projects, building working ties with stakeholders
• Lead project management for sensitive or complex compliance efforts
• Write clear compliance records and executive or governance reports for leaders and committees
• Research and interpret laws, guidance and filing rules, then document and escalate what you find

What they look for

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare or a related field, or equal education and experience, plus a high school diploma or GED
• Five years of progressive legal or compliance work in healthcare, a PBM or another heavily regulated industry
• Eligible to work in the United States without a visa or residency sponsorship
• Strong written and verbal communication, with critical thinking for complex situations
• A grasp of compliance program principles and practices, and the ability to present complex material and sway stakeholders at any level

Nice to have

• PBM or healthcare background, CCEP or CHC certification, PMP, Part D or ACA experience, a law degree, or licensing renewal work
