Senior Consultant, Client Success

About the role

An individual contributor who owns the post-sale client services relationship for assigned accounts and delivers operational solutions that help clients grow. The role acts as a trusted client advocate, working with sales and product colleagues to drive adoption and value.

What you will do

• Coordinate client and internal teams to implement newly purchased products quickly and boost adoption
• Confirm that client operational goals and success metrics across the product landscape are clearly understood
• Execute forward looking client success plans with the account team and track adoption and performance outcomes
• Lead initiatives that increase product adoption and use of self-service tools
• Keep up with local market and payment processing trends to improve the client experience and surface new sales leads
• Build relationships with client services and subject matter experts to resolve complex issues and improve performance
