  • Act as subject matter expert on site for technical, development or strategic IT needs
  • Implement and integrate open hybrid cloud and AI solutions, including OpenShift and security integrations
  • Define and promote automation with Ansible Automation Orchestrator and automated vulnerability remediation
  • Mentor customer teams and contribute to project documentation, diagrams and ticket management
