  • Run and configure ZIA, ZPA and related cloud security services, including SSL inspection and DNS security
  • Work with network, cloud, identity and application teams to design and roll out access solutions
  • Troubleshoot connectivity, authentication, policy and performance problems, then document standards and fixes
  • Test vendor releases and new features, and look for automation wins through APIs and scripting
