  • Run delivery end to end so releases arrive on time and at quality
  • Apply lean, agile and flow practices to raise throughput and cut cycle time
  • Coordinate planning, ceremonies, sprint cadence, handoffs and retrospectives
  • Help shape user stories, acceptance criteria and use cases with the product team
  • Track risks and dependencies and push them to resolution
  • Report progress on goals and OKRs using delivery metrics
