What you will do

  • Lead initiatives from intake through delivery, owning BRDs, feature hierarchy and Jira backlogs
  • Work with operations, engineering, architecture, project management and vendors on scope and sequencing
  • Run PI planning, prioritisation and predictable delivery, and flag risks and trade-offs to leadership
  • Use AI tools in discovery, requirements, documentation and analysis, with human checks in place

  • Bachelor's degree and four to six years of related experience, or equivalent
  • Product management, product ownership or technology experience in a healthcare payer or claims setting
  • Experience with Agile or SAFe delivery

  • Payment integrity, claims editing, appeals or automation background
  • Five or more years in product roles, seven preferred
