Senior Manager, Technology Internal Audit

Owns risk and control work across engineering systems and financial reporting, including ERP controls and pre-IPO and SOX readiness. Success means clear findings and practical fixes that leadership and external auditors can act on.

What you will do

• Evaluate risks and internal controls against financial compliance and other regulatory frameworks
• Advise engineering and technology teams on control improvements, including ERP risk and controls
• Build risk management approaches using data analytics, automation and AI to speed up audits
• Lead the internal audit team's strategy and track metrics to improve performance
• Work with senior management and audit committees, and share findings with external auditors

What they look for

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, information technology or a related field, or foreign equivalent
• Four years in this or a related role, including financial reporting systems and tools
• Four years with GAAP and GAAS accounting and audit standards
• Four years assessing controls over internally built technology platforms and ITGCs
• Four years using analytics and automation tools such as Alteryx, SQL or Python for audit work
