What you will do

  • Produce wireframes, high-fidelity mockups and iterations for new features and experiments
  • Build and maintain the design system with the senior marketing designer
  • Run design QA so shipped work is checked against designs before release
  • Draft UX copy for quote flows, plan explanations and error states, then get legal and compliance review
  • Run user tests with pet owners and vet staff and turn findings into design decisions
