What you will do

  • Build and tune real-time services that ingest, validate and route telemetry events
  • Make ingestion durable end to end, covering delivery guarantees, backpressure and graceful degradation
  • Own architecture for the collection platform, including schema management and shared libraries
  • Lead design reviews, write documents and mentor other engineers
  • Carry a shared on-call rotation and handle incidents for the services you build

  • Deep modern Java (17+) and Spring Boot knowledge, including concurrency and performance profiling
  • Distributed systems fundamentals and experience with Docker, Kubernetes and message brokers such as Kafka on a major cloud
  • Automated testing, CI/CD and production observability experience
  • Fluent English and hands-on use of AI coding agents
