What they look for

• 12 or more years in product management, including recent hands-on work shipping AI or data products at scale
• Track record of integrating AI into workflows, decisions or problem solving in practical ways
• Strong data sense, with prioritisation driven by analytics and experimentation and measurable results
• Clear senior-level writing for strategy, requirements and prioritisation documents
• Stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation across senior teams with competing priorities
• Strong spoken and written communication that aligns technical and business audiences

First 90 days

• A data-backed roadmap and prioritisation framework that stakeholders understand and that gets delivered against
• Strategy and requirements documents needing little rework and trusted by senior technical and business partners
• Evidence of aligning senior cross-functional partners without direct authority and settling competing priorities
• Junior PMs showing a higher bar through mentorship and strong execution habits
