What you will do

  • Act as the customer's voice inside the company and keep communication flowing across internal teams
  • Walk customers through roadmap updates and help with upgrades and implementation
  • Learn new tech quickly, including container orchestration, registries, build strategies and microservices
  • Specialise in enterprise Linux and advise on how it is implemented and used
  • Run technical reviews that spot problems before they bite and share what you learn
  • Get to know each customer's infrastructure, hardware and how they use the products
